Refurbished Product:
Includes Factory Refurbished products, evaluation units and
cosmetically blemished units. All products are re-tested and if
neccesary replacement of components is performed to bring the product
up to its original, fully functional condition. These units come with a
90 day limited replacement warranty covering parts, labor and technical
phone support.
New Product:
Includes standard manufacturer direct warranty and phone support.
Extended warranty available through manufacturer or us. Includes
standard shipp group items as denoted from manufacturer website.
Advanced Exchange Product:
CSC offers advanced exchange program, which allows you to receive a
refurbished unit in exchange for your defective unit. You have 10 days
from reciept to return the defective unit to us. Shipping is your
responsibility. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be sent with the advance exchange unit, please include this in the return utilizing the original packaging supplied.
All
products are 100% genuine with an authentic OEM manufacturer part #'s
and serial number. We do not integrate 3rd party products into
manufacturer items. All items are guaranteed acceptable for standard
manufacturer service agreements. |
