| Returns and Exchanges At CSC, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Every item that leaves our warehouse is carefully tested and inspected to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality products to our customers. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange within the guidelines set forth below.
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in unused condition, with its original packaging, accessories and original receipts for full credit.
After 7 days, and up to 15 days a store credit less 20% will be accorded the purchaser.
All sales are final after 15 days, and no refunds or exchanges will be given after such date. All products must be accompanied by an RMA number, and we cannot refund shipping on any purchase. If an item is deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will pay for any additional shipping costs on items repaired by us or exchanged. Exchanges on defective products can only be for the same item. The 20% restocking fee will be waived on all defective products.
Refunds will be given back in the same method that payment was made at the time of sale. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited back to the original card. Refunds on purchases made by check will be issued back in the form of a check.
